Jewellery order is placed only once the design has been approved by the client and the invoice has been fully paid. we only sell custom made jewellery and do not buy old jewellery.

Returns Policy

In this Returns Policy, the expressions "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to Saints Custom Jewellery ABN 16187239696

You may return your items to us for the following reasons:

if the item is faulty, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the fault we may either repair the item, replace it or provide refund .

We do not offer change of mind returns.

12 MONTH LIMITED JEWELLERY WARRANTY

All our jewellery comes with an exclusive 12 month limited warranty of quality and workmanship from the date of purchase. To make a claim under this warranty, simply contact us with the c receipt within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Where the jewellery requires repair or replacement because it is of unacceptable quality or because of major you are responsible for the cost of sending the jewellery to us .

Damage resulting from the mistreatment of jewellery is not covered by this warranty. If the item purchased is not of an acceptable quality in the reasonable opinion of a qualified jeweller, we will refund, exchange or repair your purchase.

Nothing in the above warranty is intended to exclude or restrict the application of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Australian Consumer Law, including any warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded.
